NNUG Oslo: Program for the rest of 2010

Publisert: 03.11.2010 Av: Rune Sundling

We have three remaining meetings for NNUG Oslo in 2010, although on different days than normal.

Tuesday next week, on November 9, we'll get a visit from Billy Hollis. Billy is an MVP and RD, has written several books, often presents at major conferences, and is recently best known for his focus on WPF and Silverlight. This will be presented in English. We'll get more details to you once we get the final confirmation on the contents.

The week after, on Wednesday November 17, Glen Block will join us with presentations on MEF and REST. Glen is best known for being the program manager for the Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF), but has recently joined the WCF team as a program manager working on the HTTP and REST stack. This will also be presented in English.

We'll finish off 2010 with our last meeting on Tuesday December 7. We're changing both time and location for this meeting, so prepare to join us from 17.30 on Dubliners in central Oslo. Note that this will be held in Norwegian. Much more details will come in a while.

Finally, we'd like to thank everyone who took the time to rate our last meeting. We're really happy with the quality of the responses, and we're going to use this actively to improve our work in the future.
