CQRS with Einar Ingebrigtsen
Publisert: 05.09.2011 Av: Niall Merrigan
CQRS for the rest of us
The last couple of years there has been a lot of talk around the topic of CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation). Originally coined by Greg Young and adopted by quite a few in the community. Einar will talk about the basic concepts in CQRS, but probably more importantly; why consider CQRS and what philosophies lead up to it. He will also show basic how you can easily get started with CQRS today with just a few lines of code using the open source library called Bifrost.

Einar Ingebrigtsen has been in the industry professionally since 1994, starting off doing games on multiple platforms such as Playstation, PC, Nintendo and Xbox. In 2002 he started his transition into enterprise application development and has been doing that mainly on the .net platform ever since. He is the author of Balder, a 3D engine for Silverlight and also recently, Bifrost, enterprise application framework with the focus on CQRS. Today Einar works as an independent consultant and works with a variety of clients in Norway and abroad mostly focusing on the enterprise space.

Einar is also a Silverlight MVP and can be found on Twitter and his website
