Software G Forces
Software G Forces describes what happens when software development goes from deploying annually to quarterly to monthly to weekly to daily to hourly. While the "tidal" forces these shifts profoundly reshape software development, the changes required of the organization are even greater. This talk will introduce the G Forces model and discuss the organizational impact of making more frequent deployments on business models, sales, and marketing as well as software development.
